Educational Qualifications: Head of Division and Project Coordinator:
- A doctorate with a pertinent concentration that covers pertinent basic sciences having worked as a professor or a principal scientist for at least three years.
- Evidence of the candidate’s contributions, activities, and publications that show they have a thorough understanding of agricultural research.
Senior Scientist-Head:
- A doctorate and eight years of relevant experience as a scientist, lecturer, extension specialist, or in a position equivalent, with contributions to research, teaching, and extension education that can be verified by published work, inventions, and effects OR
- Having a minimum of 8 years of high-quality postdoctoral research experience at a facility or organisation, as demonstrated by at least 6 publications in journals with an NAAS rating of 7.5 or above, and a doctorate in relevant fundamental sciences.
Age Criteria:
- Head of Division and Project Coordinator: The applicant must not have turned 60 years old.
- Senior Scientist-Head: The applicant must not have turned 47 years old
Salary:
- Head of Division and Project Coordinator: The aspirant will get (Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200/-) i.e. Pay level – 14 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix
- Senior Scientist-Head: The aspirant will get (Rs.1,31,400-2,17,100/-) i.e. Pay level -13A of 7th CPC Pay Matrix
Application Fee:
- Each position’s Rs. 1500 application fee must be submitted online.
- Women and candidates who fall under the SC, ST, or Divyang categories are exempt from paying any fees.
Selection Process:
